1. What software/hardware platforms do you support?

We support the latest versions of Mac OS X and Windows, as well as the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 for Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2008 for Macintosh, FileMaker Pro 10. We can also support other software applications upon request.


2. How do you provide support?

We provide support Onsite (in your office) or Offsite (remotely). Offsite support is thru the following:


  1. Voice/SMS/Chat. For urgent concerns, we’ll provide a hotline where you can reach us.

  2. Email. For regular concerns, our support staff will provide a reply to your support email the following business day.

  3. Remote Access. For issues that cannot be resolved through phone or email, we’ll install LogMeIn, a remote control software that lets us see your computer thru the Internet.


For Onsite support requests, our normal turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days upon request.


3. Our office is outside of Metro Manila, can you provide support to us?

Yes. In most cases, support concerns can be handled thru Chat, Email or Remote Access.


If you require onsite support outside Metro Manila, we can schedule a visit to your office with a minimal charge for travel and lodging.
